I'm very happy to hear that I won the 1st prize in the Keeping Food Fresh Contest. Keeping food fresh is a daily problem in my life, I cannot say how much food, especially fruit and vegetables, I've thrown away because they ripen so quicly and I 'm not able to keep them fresh for longer.
