We loved the idea of portability behind “Rock Bands” because it enhances the definition of “small” to become a “truly portable” deodorant. “Rock Bands” seems to be designed by having the consumer in mind, taking in consideration that men only carry a wallet with them (not a purse or back pack all day). We appreciate your effort for bringing this idea to us. There is a clear habit change that challenges your idea, but it only increases our interest to pursue it!

We loved the package design as it transfers the idea from the actual deodorant package (with dispensing holes) into a portable size (sachet type). Deodorant´s sachet are not new in some Latin American markets, but definitively we believe it is a creative idea that adds value to the application of deodorant product - making it more comfortable, and potentially helping users for dispensing the right amount with confidence. We appreciate your effort for bringing this idea to us. Certainly it had inspired us to challenge the status quo of small/portable sizes in some of our markets.

We liked this idea because transform a well-known concept of “good bacteria” into the deodorant category, where bacteria wording is commonly used as a bad concept. Most deodorants currently have a product called anti-bacterial; which currently resonates well in consumer mind. We appreciate your effort for bringing this idea to us. It breaks a paradigm in the deodorant category and create a niche area where Gillette can play.
